No Refund Policy

NOM Media operates under a strict no-refund policy for all services. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Social media management

  • Marketing consultations

  • Email marketing services

  • Paid advertising management

  • Marketing campaigns

  • Comprehensive marketing services

  • Strategy development

  • Content creation

  • Video production services

Services Already Rendered

No refunds will be provided for services that have already been rendered or delivered. This includes:

  • Completed strategy sessions

  • Delivered content or creative assets

  • Time spent on campaign setup or management

  • Analysis and reporting already provided

  • Any work product that has been shared with the client

Partial Service Completion

In cases where services are partially completed, refunds will be calculated based on work not yet performed. However, any completed portions of the service are non-refundable.

30-Day Request Window

Any requests for consideration must be submitted within 30 days of the service delivery date or contract signing, whichever is earlier.

Refund Request Process

While refunds are generally not available, clients may submit requests for consideration by:

  1. Written Notice Required: All requests must be submitted in writing via email to refund@nommedia.co

  2. Include Details: Provide specific reasons for the request and relevant service details

  3. Documentation: Include any supporting documentation or correspondence

  4. Review Process: Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at NOM Media's sole discretion

Exceptions

The only circumstances under which a refund may be considered are:

  • Services were not delivered due to NOM Media's inability to perform

  • Technical errors resulting in duplicate charges

  • Unauthorized charges to your payment method

Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first attempting to resolve the matter directly with NOM Media may result in:

  • Immediate termination of services

  • Collection efforts for unpaid amounts

  • Legal action to recover costs and fees

Processing Time

If a refund is approved (in rare exceptional circumstances), processing will take 5-10 business days to appear on your original payment method.
